Shipping & Delivery
Our preferred method of delivery is for your roaster to bring your fresh-roasted beans to your doorstep (sometimes still warm from the roaster).  We also offer shipping via US Postal Service for customers outside of the Kansas City Area.
Privacy & Security
We respect your privacy and value your security.  We will never sell any of your information to anyone and we will keep our servers secure. In the unlikely event that your information is accessed by any unauthorized individuals, we will notify you.
Returns & Replacements
We are unable to accept returns, but we do strive to provide you with a perfect roast and, at our discretion, we will provide you with a replacement product.
Orders can be placed either online or by phone.  Due to our small green bean inventory, in some cases, it may take up to 10 days for your roasted beans to be available.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Roast Subscribers and Roast Supporters receive a discounted price on all coffee orders.  Roast Supporters are customers who have had at least 2 continuous billing cycles on an 8-roast recurring subscriptions in the last 12 months.  Roast Subscribers are customers who have have purchased at least 2 six roast subscriptions or have paid for at least one cycle of an 8-roast subscription within the past 12 months.  
All discounts are at the owner's discretion.  
Prices may change without notice, though we will always make every reasonable effort to notify current subscribers if a price change will impact the next subscription cycle.
